WORKS AND INTERESTS
James joined the Robert P. Madison International in 2023 and by late 2025 became a principal at the firm. James provides creative direction, technical oversight, and strategic vision at the firm level. He stewards client relationships, reinforces the firm’s culture, and helps maintain the quality of both design and operations. James does all this while spearheading the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Expansion, of which RPMI is the Architect of Record of this a 175-million-dollar project.
Previous experience with ThenDesign Architecture include the role as project leader for the Richmond Heights Upper School Project, a 92,000sf, grade 7-12 building that will also host various community amenities including a county library branch.
